ARTICLE 32
The Association dissolution occurs in the following cases:

• the purpose for which it has been constituted may no longer be achieved'
• the continuation of the activity is impossible due to insolvency;
• the decision of the General Assembly of its members

In the case of Association dissolution, the goods remaining after its liquidation may not be transmitted to physical persons, but only to judicial persons of private or public jurisdiction, with identical or similar purpose, according to the provisions of Article 60 of the Government Ordinance no 26 / 2000 approved with modifications and extensions through Law 246 / 2005.

ARTICLE 33
The liquidation of the Association will be made according to the procedures and under the conditions of Article 60 of the Government Ordinance no 26 / 2000 approved with modifications and extensions through Law 246 / 2005.
