Asociatia Aeronautica si Astronautica a Romaniei

ARTICLE 1
The name of the Association is "The Aeronautics and Astronautics Association of Romania", and will use the acronym AAAR. The availability of the name is made through the Proof of Name Availability no. 41523 from 03.04.2006, issued by the Ministry of Justice. The founding members of the Association are:

ARTICLE 2
The Association is Romanian judicial person of private jurisdiction, autonomous, non-governmental, without political, patrimonial, or lucrative purposes, and constituted based on Government Ordinance no 26 / 2000 approved through Law 246 / 2005, for the purpose and objectives proposed in the Constitutive Act and the present Statute.

The Association will be enacted from the moment of its registration and may have its own emblem, seal, header, and stamp, and accounts in lei and foreign currencies.

ARTICLE 3
The Association headquarters is in Romania, Municipality of Bucharest, 220D, Iuliu Maniu Blvd, sector 6, as per the annexed lease contract no. 830 / 31.05.2006

The Association will be enabled to open branches, divisions, agencies, offices both in the country and abroad, in this last case observing the legislation in the respective country.

The establishing of these subdivisions, with or without judicial personality, their operating mode, and their rapports with the headquarters will be according to the enacted legislation.

The Association headquarters may be changed only through a decision of the General Assembly of its members, as per ARTICLE 21 of Government Ordinance no 21 / 2000.

ARTICLE 4
The Association's functioning duration is undetermined, starting with the date of its registration in the Register of Association and Foundation of the Registry of the Court with jurisdiction over the address where the Association headquarters are,

ARTICLE 5
The Association's activity ceases in the following cases: through the decision of the General Assembly, observing the legal procedures and according to the present Statute; of full right, or through judicial decision, according to the law;
